Cannoli Puff Pastry. The classic Sicilian cannoli is an iconic Italian pastry celebrated for its irresistible combination of textures and flavors. At its heart is a crisp and flaky tubular shell. This product is traditionally combined with a blend of flour, sugar, butter, and white wine (but really the choice is yours!) then fried to golden perfection. What truly elevates the cannoli is when it is combined with a decadent filling—a rich and creamy mixture of ricotta cheese, sugar, and often enhanced with vanilla, citrus zest, or chocolate chips.
